The Board of Directors is vital for the effective governance of the Canadian Karate Association. Comprising essential roles—President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Directors—the Board of Directors ensures leadership and accountability within the organization.
To apply for a position on the Board of Directors, candidates must be individual members of the association for a minimum of three years and at least 18 years old. Additionally, no more than two board positions may be held by individuals from the same dojo or recognized association.
