The Board of Directors is vital for the effective governance of the Canadian Karate Association. Comprising essential roles—President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Directors—the Board of Directors ensures leadership and accountability within the organization.

If no eligible candidates are nominated or elected, the Executive Committee reserves the right to nominate a member in good standing. The nomination will then be subject to a vote. Upon approval, the nominee will assume the executive position.
